WHAT IS A CONDOM?

A condom is a thin, stretchy sheath worn over the penis or inserted into the vagina or anus during sexual activity to reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and unintended pregnancy.


HOW DO I USE A CONDOM?

Open the condom package carefully, being sure not to tear the condom. Pinch the tip of the condom to leave room for semen, and unroll the condom onto the erect penis. After ejaculation, hold the base of the condom and withdraw the penis while still erect. Discard the used condom in the trash, and do not reuse it.

ARE CONDOMS EFFECTIVE AT PREVENTING STIS AND PREGNANCY?

When used correctly and consistently, condoms are highly effective at reducing the risk of STIs and unintended pregnancy. However, no form of contraception is 100% effective, so it is important to use condoms in conjunction with other forms of birth control and get regularly tested for STIs.


ARE PRIMEROS CONDOMS LUBRICATED?

Yes! They are lubricated with silicone oil. They are also free from Lidocaine and benzocaine, Nitrosamines, Nonoxynol-9 + Spermicides.


CAN CONDOMS BE REUSED?

No way, that's like trying to use a teabag twice! Always use a new condom.


HOW SHOULD I STORE CONDOMS?

Condoms should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not store condoms in your wallet or glove compartment, as the heat and friction can damage the condom.


CAN I USE PRIMEROS CONDOMS IF I HAVE LATEX ALLERGY?

Unfortunately not, our condoms are made out of 100 % natural latex.


HOW CAN I MAKE USING CONDOMS MORE FUN?

Get creative! Try different flavors or textures, experiment with different positions, or incorporate them into foreplay. Remember, safe sex can be fun too!


HOW LONG DO CONDOMS LAST?

Condoms have an expiration date printed on the packaging, and it is important to use them before that date. Using expired condoms can increase the risk of breakage and reduce their effectiveness.


ARE YOUR CONDOMS VEGAN AND CRUELTY-FREE?

Yes, we are proud to offer cruelty-free and vegan condoms. Our condoms are not tested on animals, and no animal by-products are used in their manufacturing process. You can feel confident knowing that no animals were harmed in the production of our condoms.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For US orders under $50.00, standard shipping is $4.95. For US orders over $50.00, standard shipping is FREE. 


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently only shipping within the United States, but we hope to ship to more countries soon! Check back in the near future.


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?

We accept all major credit cards, plus PayPal and Google / Apple Pay.


HOW DOES THE PACKAGE ARRIVE? DO YOU OFFER DISCREET PACKAGING?

Absolutely! All Primeros packages are discreet, plain, and logo-free on the outside, keeping the fun and excitement for your eyes only. Share the joy or keep it to yourself—it's up to you!


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders generally ship within 2 - 3 business days of purchase. We ship Monday through Friday (except holidays).


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can use this number to track your package online and monitor its delivery status.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typically, our products arrive within 5-10 business days if you live in the US. Click on the tracking number on the order confirmation you received to see the exact journey your order will take from us to you. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for condoms once they have been opened. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.


MY ORDER IS WRONG! / MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR HARMED!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT CAN BE DONE?
